How to check your session ID:
- Open your web browser’s developer tools.
- Go to the “Application” tab and select Cookies.
- Find the session ID named “kiyoharaVN_sessionID” from the cookie list for “https://vn.kiyohara.co.jp/”.
- Copy the value to the right of “kiyoharaVN_sessionID”, paste it into the body of an email, and contact us regarding the deletion of consent information.
However, if you have deleted “kiyoharaVN_sessionID” from your cookies, we will not be able to know the value and therefore cannot delete the consent information.
